Renewing Members do NOT go through the New Member Signup.
You can renew online beginning 45 days prior to your expiration date. (Your membership will be extended 12 full months from your current expiration date, not from the date on which you actually pay your dues.)
To renew after logging in, look for the red "Renew" link below "Welcome, (your first name)" at the top of the left column. Click on that link and follow the directions.
Make sure you complete the payment process by clicking the "submit" button at the bottom of the payment page. You will receive a confirmation of payment by email immediately after your transaction has processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, the payment process was not completed.
If you have any difficulty completing the payment, please call ClubExpress at 866-457-2582 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm M-F Central time. On occasion, a particular setting on your computer may prevent you from being able to complete a payment. ClubExpress will be able to assist you.
Please remember, your credit card billing statement will read "ClubExpress.com," not FCA.
